About Emma Nainby

Emma Nainby is an Australian-born, London-based worship leader and songwriter who ministers full-time as an itinerant worship leader, serving churches, ministries, and events. With over 20 years of international experience, she equips churches to host God’s presence and create spaces for prophetic encounter and transformation.

Emma began writing original music, leading worship, and performing at churches internationally from the age of 12. Her connection with God’s presence through music, combined with inspiration from the Welsh and English revivals, sparked a lifelong passion for revival. Emma previously led the Australian band Nainby, performing across churches, festivals, and events, with their music still heard on Australian radio.

In 2013, Emma moved to Redding, California, where she completed three years at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). Her heart for healthy church leadership led her to serve and receive leadership development under Global Legacy (now Bethel Leaders Network) at Bethel Church.

With extensive ministry experience across Australia, the USA, the UK, and Europe, her training at BSSM and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music), Emma is now writing new music to release under her ministry and record label, Cultivating Heart Posture. Through this, she also equips churches and mentors worship leaders to cultivate a heart posture that attracts God’s presence and creates a resting place for His glory.
