Meet, Emma!
Emma Nainby, from Brisbane, Australia, began writing original music, leading worship, and performing at churches internationally from the age of 12. Her connection with God’s presence through music, combined with inspiration from the Welsh and English revivals, sparked a lifelong passion for revival. Emma previously led the Australian band Nainby, performing across churches, festivals, and events, with their music still heard on Australian radio.
In 2013, Emma moved to Redding, California, where she completed three years at Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry (BSSM). Her heart for healthy church leadership led her to serve and receive leadership development under Global Legacy (now Bethel Leaders Network) at Bethel Church.
Now based out of London, UK, Emma empowers leadership teams and congregations to build a biblical worship framework centred on ministering to the Lord, recognising this as the bedrock of any thriving, Kingdom-advancing church. With extensive ministry experience across Australia, the USA, the UK, and Europe, her training at BSSM and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music), Emma equips churches to cultivate a heart posture that attracts God’s presence and creates a resting place for His glory.
The Vision
Cultivating Heart Posture exists to build lives, teams, and churches that honour the presence of God at the centre.
The call is to minister to the Lord - from that place, atmospheres shift, healing flows, and hearts awaken to the beauty of Jesus.
We envision worshippers that are formed in both excellence and encounter, releasing heaven’s sound through lives anchored in intimacy. When Jesus is truly enthroned, revival follows.
As the Church becomes His resting place, cities are transformed by love, and nations marked by glory.
Encounter
Everything begins with an encounter, a personal experience with the presence of God.
Worship is not about performing or checking off a list or following a setlist, it's about blessing His heart and enjoying intimacy with Him. When we encounter God, our hearts are awakened, and worship becomes a lifestyle. As we seek His presence, we’re transformed, and we become carriers of His glory to the world.

One thing I ask from the Lord,

that I may dwell in the house of the Lord

to gaze on the beauty of the Lord
and to seek him in his temple.
Training &
Equipping
At its core, this training is rooted in a biblical framework of worship, with ministering to the Lord and cultivating His presence as the central focus. It is committed to equipping leaders, worshipers, and congregations with practical tools to build a lifestyle that blesses the heart of Jesus and hosts His presence.
